Breeding stud fee shall be $2000 usd w= hich includes a $500 booking fee due with contract.

Remaining $1500 due before shipmen= t of semen.   Fee for first collection and shippi= ng is included in stud fee.

If mare fails to conceive with first collection of evaluated and acceptable se= men, subsequent collection fees

and shipping costs will be paid by mare owner.

If the mare fails to conceive after three ovulations with evaluated and accept= able semen, a $100 trip fee

will be added for each subsequent collection.

D’Jango Jazz is collected at Peterson&Smith Equine Reproduction Center, (352)3= 07-3000.

Semen is offered as AI on site at Peterson&Smith Equine Reproduction Center or as shipped cooled semen.

The mare owner will provide The Pelton Vanners with a negative uterine culture certificate before

semen is delivered. One business days n= otice will be given to The Pelton Vanners for shipping by

overnight express. Mare owner ensures that inseminatio= n will be performed by vet or skilled technician.

Mare owner guarantees that the semen will only be used on the mare specified in = this contract for one foal.

Any unused semen will be destroyed after contracted mare is in foal.=

We will offer semen for insemination of above Gypsy mare o= nly, semen will not be used for embryo

production using recipient mares. Contract is non-transferable.

Mare owner will ensure that the mare is examined by a veterinarian at or around = two and six weeks

after insemination. If mare is not in f= oal mare owner will contact The Pelton Vanners to arrange

further shipment for next estrus cycle.

This contract contains a live foal guarantee in which after = loss of a pregnancy by said = mare the mare

owner may have said mare reinseminated by D’jango Jazz upon approval of The Pelton Vanners

plus shipping/container/trip fees and collection costs.

Mare owner will ensure mare receives all necessary veterinary care, vaccinations= and deworming during

pregnancy.= In the event The Pelton Vanners stallion D̵= 7;jango Jazz becomes unfit for service, stud fee

will be returned to mare owner less collection/shipping/mare fees and contract becomes void.<= /p>
The Pelton Vanners is not responsible for failures in semen delivery outside of their immediate control.

The Pelton Vanners reserves the right to cancel this agreement with stud fee returned to the mare owner

less collection/shipping/trip charges/= mare fees.

Mare owner has the right to cancel this agreement before conception of said mare with stud fee returned

less collection/shipping/trip charges/= mare fees.
